A  Successful Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

Course Overview

 

This course is for anyone who works in a supervisory or managerial role where you need to
investigate skills gaps in your workforce. A Training Needs Analysis is a great tool for unearthing
kills gaps which could hinder the progress of your business.

 

The workshop covers the preparation needed to run a successful TNA and looks at the
communication tools we have to increase the effectiveness of the meeting. There is lots of time
for group discussion and interaction allowing delegates to discuss topics in detail which will help
them embed the learning. This workshop also comes with a 1 hour follow up coaching session
via phone or Skype for each delegate to discuss their actions and outcomes.

All learning materials and full support materials are provided via access to our virtual learning environment together with online evaluation and post-course follow-up.  This workshop does include a 1 hour telephone or Skype coaching session up to four weeks after the course.
