In order to manage an effective team, we need to understand the factors impacting on team
dynamics and how as a team leader you can motivate your team members to achieve the team
The workshops has plenty of time assigned to group discussion to allow the delegates to discuss topics in detail as this will help them embed the learning. This workshops also comes with a 1 hour follow up coaching session via phone or skype for each delegate to discuss their actions and outcomes.
The only prerequisite for delegates to attend this workshop is that they are already working in a supervisory or team leader role.

This workshop is limited to a maximum of eight delegates and we encourage casual dress for the day. The workshop does incorporate an element of pre-course reading which is essential to its success. All learning materials and full support materials are provided via access to our virtual learning environment together with online evaluation and post-course follow-up.
