Using emails professionally

Building a healthier relationship with email

Course Overview

Research shows that the average inbox is bigger than ever, with over 45% of all emails received classed as unnecessary. This workshop helps you change your behaviour with email to allow you to manage your inbox, get it to zero and keep it there.

The session not only looks at the behaviours associated with email but provides great tips and tricks to help you never miss an important message again. We have calculated that if you follow our guidance we can get you 30 minutes of wasted time back per day, so well worth your investment.

Course Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for delegates to attend this workshop.  We would just ask that those who attend bring their own device along so you work directly on your inbox, and that you allow us to get in touch a month after the course to see how things are progressing.

Overall Aim

For delegates to understand why we behave the way we do with email and how with a little bit of practice and perserverance we can be in control.
