Do you prefer to communicate by email, text or instant messenger rather than speaking
directly to your team? This workshop looks at the different communication streams we now
use in the workplace and how we can best use them in a management role.
The workshop is extremely interactive and asks delegates to look closely at themselves before
looking at how we communicate with others. It provides delegates with a selection of useful
tools which will help them with day to day office situations.
We do ask that delegates are already working in or are about to move into a supervisory or management role. There is also a small amount of pre-course reading on communication styles which will be emailed to delegates.
