An appraisal plays a key role in staff management and business development. However,
how often have you left an appraisal thinking 'well that didn't go quite as planned'? As a
supervisor, team leader, manager or director it is vital that you know how to manage the
appraisal process to get the very best out of it for both the employee and the business.
This workshop is full of practical advice to make the appraisal process a hugely beneficial addition to a business. There is lots of time for group discussion and interaction allowing delegates to discuss topics in detail which will help them embed the learning.
We do request that delegates are either already in a supervisory or management role, or that they will shortly be moving to one.
