Outlook consists of email, calendar, contact and task management as well as having a useful notes area.  Being able to proficiently use the areas that impact on your job role can help reduce stress, help you get organised with your time and tasks and reduce the risks associated with inappropriate email use and lost email content.

Lorna Rose Lorna has worked in the training arena for over 14 years and is City & Guilds qualified and a member of the CIPD. She has worked in-house for a number of professional service businesses and concentrates on designing, writing and delivering effective, engaging and enjoyable workshops.

An IT Workshop costs from £295 + VAT based on a maximum group size of 8 delegates. Equipment can be provided if required, for an additional charge.
