Running effective meetings
This workshop is designed for those who organise and run meetings either with clients or colleagues. There is a skill to running a professional meeting which sticks to an agenda and where concise minutes are circulated to attendees. It isn't just luck and having a good memory!
The full course looks at how to professionally organise a meeting and what information is needed by the attendees. It moves on to running and then closing the meeting. The final step is circulating structured minutes and following up on action points. This is a fun and interactive workshop which involves lots of group discussion about what delegates see as best practice. Don't let your meetings become a waste of time!
There are no prerequisites for delegates to attend this workshop.
