With staff engagement being such a key factor in having a motivated and productive workforce, we fully understand that Learning and Development teams must work closely with their colleagues in HR. So, as an Learning and Development consultancy business, it makes sense for us to follow our own guidance.
We always work closely with internal HR departments when putting in place a training initiative, but have never joined forces with an external consultancy. This is all set to change as we 'partner up' with Kingfisher HR in Sudbury.
Kingfisher HR provide proactive services to their clients to help them reduce the risks involved with taking on employees. Kingfisher HR offer HR and employment law expertise to guarantee their clients comply with current legislation as well as more niche services such as mediation and HR training.
With HR and L&D going 'hand-in-hand' in so many situations, we are thrilled that the partnership with Kingfisher HR is going ahead. As well as being able to offer each others' clients supplementary services such as the Kingfisher 60:60 or our hosted learning management system. The partnership will allow us to also provide joined up services such as;
Tailored 'on-boarding' which incorporate HR topics, legislative issues, internal software packages etc.
