I attend a presentation by Geremy Johnson of Global law media & tv at Legal Ex, entitled “how your law firm will survive in the 21st century”.
In this presentation Geremy, discussed a number of topics such as the importance of becoming a "thought leader" and being seen on social media platforms as an expert.
This got me thinking about how legal firms use platforms like LinkedIn. I was originally involved in a training programme on LinkedIn over 9 years ago when I worked for Birketts LLP. I'm surprised that so many lawyers and law firms are still not engaging on social media platforms. How is anyone to become a “thought leader” if they don’t put their thoughts out there?
Green Shoots Learning can help you and your firm become “thought leaders” in two ways. We are now offering social media packages, if you don’t have the time to manage your firms twitter and LinkedIn pages. Click here to view more information. We are also offering masterclasses in marketing and business development, through our partners as EP Marketing, to give your employees all the skills they need to become “thought leaders”.
