greenshoots | Successfully Managing Change
Course Overview

Businesses and people need to change to grow and evolve. However, managing change can
often prove difficult.  Employees can be
resistant to change and ineffective management of
the change process can result in changes not happening. This workshop looks at key theories
and provides delegates with lots of practical advice to take away.
